We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You have completed less than 30% of the course content
  • You can provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • The course was purchased directly from Nonso Dev Academy (not through a third-party platform)

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Course bundles or packages with promotional pricing
  • Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
  • Digital downloads or supplementary materials
  • Courses purchased more than 14 days prior to the refund request
  • Subscription services after the initial 14-day period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and course title
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  4. Include your order number or transaction ID if available

Processing of Refunds

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise.
